R&R Engineering Co, Inc. warrants new Aerial Cooler or Cooler Section(s) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lesser period of (a) twelve (12) months after unit is placed in operation, or
(b) eighteen (18) months after shipment, subject to the following provisions:
If upon inspection, a defect in material or workmanship is found, R&R Engineering Co., Inc. may elect to either replace or repair, at their option. Such parts and labor will be provided without charge to the user during normal working hours at a place of business operated by R&R Engineering Co., Inc. or other establishment authorized by R&R Engineering Co., Inc. This warranty does not include any costs for transporting the product to or from such a place of business or establishment.
It is R&R Engineering Co., Inc.’s policy to pass through to the purchaser all warranties on items
manufactured by others, such as fan, bearings, shafts, motors, V-belts, sheaves, louvers, air motors,
temperature controllers and vibration switches. We will assist the purchaser in any way possible in filing a warranty claim on goods manufactured by others.
This warrant is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Remedies under this warranty are expressly limited to the provisions and installation of parts, as specified above, and any claim for other losses or damages of any type (including without limitation loss from failure of product to operate for any period of time, other economic or moral loss, or direct, immediate, special, indirect or consequential damage) are expressly excluded.
